ISLAND BAY TALENT CENTRE SHOP

The Talent Development Program (TDP) is a year-long program based around the philosophy and criteria set by NZ Football as part of their Youth Football Framework and is the replacement for the Federation System which is in the process of being phased out.

In 2019 Island Bay United was awarded a provisional licence by Capital Football to run a TDP and that license has since been ratified for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

The program's goal is to provide those players in the footballing talent space with best practice development opportunities and a platform to realise their potential and knowledge of the game.
