Can I make a change to my order?

For us to deliver as quickly as possible our online orders follow an automated process. If you need to make a change to your order email the support team immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help you.  If the change is possible and we catch it in time it may result in a processing delay of your order. Please contact support if you are looking to make any changes to your order support@interfootball.co.nz.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Please see the gift card section of the main menu. Our gift cards are digital, you can purchase a gift card for any of the displayed amounts. You can choose to have this emailed to yourself or directly to the recipient. Gift cards can be used storewide including NIKE football apparel, Puma Football apparel and all other accessories.

Are my details secure?

Yes we take great care in the protection of your data. We do have a privacy policy and you are welcome to read all the finer details. Also please note we do not hold your Credit Card details, this is looked after by a third party secure system. Privacy Policy

I am looking for a full football team kit, who do I talk to?

Great, if it is just names and numbers you want on the football jerseys and shorts then you can order this online. Please reach out to our support team if you are looking to add a team crest/logo or would like information on more personalised football kits, customised football jerseys or other customised product options support@interfootball.co.nz.

The item I want is showing out of stock! Can you help?

We are sorry. Sometimes demand surprises us and stocks run low. We also time our greatest stock holdings with the build up to the football season. If there is something you are really set on that is showing out of stock reach out to our support team. We can let you know timeframes on new stock arriving or possible alternatives support@interfootball.co.nz.

Can I try something on before I buy?

We are an online store only. Without the physical retail store we are unable to offer changing rooms. Instead we offer size guides from the manufacturer on all our garments. These are located under the size selections button for each item.

I am in Auckland, can I collect my order?

We are based in Auckland, however we are a distribution centre only, not a retail outlet. We do not have the facilities to offer collections. Part of the reason we are often able to offer next business day despatch, even on personalised items, is we keep our processes streamlined and focus on what we are good at.
