If you’ve got any questions about a product or need to get hold of us, email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
Inter Football takes great pride in our reputation for quality, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.
Items must be returned in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached, and original packaging). Please use a suitable satchel or carton to return your item(s) by tracked courier service, as we cannot process any orders that are damaged in the post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product, for your refund to be processed. If you have ordered an incorrect style and/or size, you will need to place a new order on the website. Returned items will be refunded after we have received and inspected them.
PERSONALISED ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns on items that have undergone personalisation, unless they have been found faulty after examination by our Product Assessments Team. Please choose your personalisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your order confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly personalised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the order confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them.
We will not accept returns of personalised items if prior to, during or after the
personalisation process a player changes his/her number or leaves a club.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
Inter Football is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been personalised, worn, washed or have the original packaging damaged. Change of mind returns are only available within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be returned in a resalable condition. Inter Football will refund, less the original freight charges. In this instance, the return freight cost is to be paid by the customer.
REFUND OF SHIPPING CHARGES
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, please contact us via support@interfootball.co.nz, and we will happily organise free of charge return shipping.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please contact us ASAP if you suspect that the item you purchased from Inter Football is faulty. If the item is deemed to be faulty by our Product Assessments Team, Inter Football will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type, and will be returned to you.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
By Courier - Please use a tracked courier service. Unless a Signature Required service is selected, we are unable to accept responsibility for your return without an accepted signature from one of our staff.
Please ensure you include the completed return form with your return and include your order number.

Customer returns may be dropped in to our Distribution centre and left in the
area marked for returns. Orders for any new/replacement products are still
required to be placed via our website, and these will be despatched once
ready - due to high order volumes, collection of those orders is not possible.
