We have prepped some answers when it comes to questions on despatch times, shipping and delivery.

As long as you email us in time we are able to update shipping details. If your order has been processed or shipped this may cause a delay in the despatch or delivery of your order. For any changes please email support@interfootball.co.nz as soon as possible.

Generally orders are processed through our work stream the next business day. If we are in our peak season it could be 1-3 business days for despatch of your personalised football jersey or other personalised products.


Products with embroidery are all made to order. If you have ordered a product that requires embroidery please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

We are based in Auckland, however we are a distribution centre only, not a retail outlet. We do not have the facilities to offer collections. Part of the reason we are often able to offer next business day despatch, even on personalised items, is we keep our processes streamlined and focus on what we are good at.

Once your order has been collected by our carrier you will receive an email letting you know it is on its way with tracking details. Please keep an eye on your junk mail if you have not received the tracking email within three days of your order.

(Most of the time we will ship orders the following business day from the date order was placed)

If your order has been shipped but delayed in delivery please contact the carrier directly with the information on your tracking email (this may be in your junk email if you have not seen it). For any other issues please reach out to our support team support@interfootball.co.nz and we will assist you.
No, our carriers do not ship to PO Boxes so please provide physical delivery addresses for the courier. If you enter a PO Box in the delivery details your order will not be shipped until we have a confirmed delivery address.

Shipping is determined by your region in NZ and whether you are standard or Rural delivery. Charges will show once you have entered your shipping details at the checkout stage.

Please note: If you are a rural address and do not pay the rural charge your package may be returned to sender. If this happens you will be required to pay the full delivery charge on top of what you may have already paid.

We ship all over NZ, but we do not ship overseas.
