What happens if I order the wrong size or colour?

Please note: We are unable to accept returns of any items that have been personalised.

My order has a faulty product or is incorrect in some way. How do I sort it?

If you believe you have a fault with one of the products, or there has been a mistake with your order please get in touch with our support team.  We will organise for the return of the product, inspection and replacement for you. support@interfootball.co.nz

What does it cost to return an item?

We do not charge a restocking fee. If you need to return an item please follow the steps on our returns page here.
