What happens if I order the wrong size or colour?

Please note: We are unable to accept returns of any items that have been personalised or, for hygiene reasons, any baselayer items.
My order has a faulty product or is incorrect in some way. How do I sort it?
If you believe you have a fault with one of the products, or there has been a mistake with your order please get in touch with our support team. We will organise for the return of the product, inspection and replacement for you. support@interfootball.co.nz
What does it cost to return an item?
We do not charge a restocking fee. If you need to return an item please follow the steps on our returns page here. Please note we can not accept returns on any personalised items or, for hygiene reasons, any baselayer items.
